1. Our Services

• What We Do
  108 Docklands offers event management services. This includes wedding planning corporate events birthday parties and other celebrations.
•  Custom Plans
  Every event is unique. We work with you to build a plan that fits your style your needs and your budget.

2. Booking and Payment

• Inquiry and Proposal
  You contact us with your event details. We send you a proposal with services timeline and cost.
• Deposit
  To hold your date you pay a deposit of 25% of the total package price. This deposit is non-refundable.
• Final Payment
  The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date. We will send reminders by email.
• Late Payment
  If payment is late we may pause our work or cancel services. Please let us know if you need more time.

3. Changes and Cancellations

• Changing Services
  You may request changes at any time. We will send you a new cost estimate and update our plan.
• Client Cancellation
  1.More than 60 days before event: lose deposit only
  2. 30 to 60 days before event: lose deposit plus 50% of remaining balance
  3. Less than 30 days before event: pay full balance
• Our Cancellation
  If we must cancel due to force majeure (natural disaster fire flood strikes or other events beyond our control) we will offer a full refund or a new date.

4. Vendor Coordination

• Preferred Vendors
  We work with trusted vendors for catering florals photography music and decor.
• Your Vendors
  If you hire your own vendors we will coordinate details and timing. But we are not responsible for vendors you choose.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Information and Approvals
  You must give us venue details guest count menu choices and any special requests on time. You must approve designs vendor contracts and schedules promptly.
• Guest Conduct
  You are responsible for the behavior of your guests. Any damages or extra charges by vendors due to guest actions will be billed to you.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Our Liability
  Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for our planning services. We carry event management insurance for our team and activities we control.
• Your Liability
  You or your venue must carry insurance for property damage injury theft or other risks not caused by our team.

7. Intellectual Property

All plans designs checklists printed materials and digital content we create for your event remain our property. You have a license to use them only for your event.

8. Privacy and Data

We collect your personal information (names contact details guest list) to plan your event. We do not share your data with anyone except vendors you approve. For more details see our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises we will first try to resolve it by talking. If we cannot agree we will use mediation before taking legal action.
